Q - What are your store hours?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-4.  Other hours are available by appointment.  We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

Q - Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
It is certainly helpful to call ahead and schedule an appointment.  This will ensure that you receive the attention you deserve by our doting staff and that there is adequate fitting room space available.  We do our best to accommodate walk-in customers.

Q - How long should I allow for an appointment?
It typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half to try on wedding gowns and accessories.  Of course this depends on how many dresses you want to try.

Q -What is the price range of your bridal gowns?
We have affordable wedding dresses between $400 and $2200.  There are a selection of dresses at every price point and budget.

Q - How far in advance should I order my bridal dress?
Wedding gowns normally take about 4-5 months for delivery.  We like to have about 2-3 months for the fitting process.  Most brides like to order their dresses 9-12 months in advance.  Rush orders are available from most designers to speed up the ordering process for those last minute brides.

Q - Do I have to pay for my gown in full at the time of purchase?
We require a 50% deposit when you place an order.  The balance is due within 30 days of the merchandise arriving at the store.  Alterations are an additional charge and are based upon the type of work needed.
